Cinnamon Honey Butter deliciousness!

Our family got together last night at our place to celebrate the Mr.’s Grandfather’s 89th Birthday – it was a great night – and the perfect excuse to try a new recipe I had been eyeing on Pinterest… Cinnamon Honey Butter!

Doesn’t it just look amazing??  The pin lead to Fly Through Our Window’s blog with the recipe which also sounded easy enough.

  • 2 sticks of butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

Per the recipe, just add everything to your bowl,  use the whisk attachment for your mixer and whisk away!

When you think you’ve whisked enough, whisk some more – butter can never be toooo light and fluffy!

I then served the butter in individual-sized ramekins placed at the top of everyone’s plate at dinner!

The verdict?? It’s a hit! This butter was delicious and everyone loved it! Best of all it was fairly simple to make – just throw everything in the mixer and let it run for a while (being sure to scrape the sides every so often).

Looking for something new to add to your Thanksgiving menu?? This is it!! It uses ingredients you probably already have at home, is quick and easy and will definitely leave your guests wanting more!

Are you trying any new recipes for your Holiday meals this year??
